CAESAR SALAD

Ingredients:

Ingredients - 6 servings

 

2 heads of Romaine lettuce

1 jar of anchovies (without the oil)

1 egg yolk

3 cloves of garlic

4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon ground black pepper

1/2 cup canola oil

1 cup croutons

 

Preparation:

Rinse the lettuce well and separate the leaves. Tear the lettuce leaves with your hands (without crushing the lettuce) and place in a bowl. Place the croutons on the lettuce. Put the rest of the dressing ingredients in a food mixer and blend until a smooth and uniform texture is obtained. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix.
