COLOMBIAN BREAKFAST SOUP
Ingredients:
1 serving
2 cups milk
1 cup water
2 chopped green onions
Salt and pepper to taste
2 eggs
A handful of chopped coriander
Toasted challah slice
Preparation:
Pour the milk, water and chopped onion into a saucepan, season and bring to a boil. Lower the flame and gently break the eggs and add them whole into the liquids, leaving about 2 minutes for a medium degree of workmanship. Transfer to a serving bowl and sprinkle over the chopped coriander.
