HOT CHILI
CHOCOLATE CAKE

Ingredients:
1 cup sweet cream
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 1/4 cups of flour
1 tablespoon Instant Coffee
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 Cinnamon stick
1 tablespoon chopped chili flakes
1/4 cup candied Chinese pecans
1/4 cup chocolate chips
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celcius. Whip the sweet cream in a mixer and gradually add the sugar until the mixture is almost stable. Then add the eggs, flour and spices. Then fold in the pecans and chocolate chips. Line a pan with a baking sheet before pouring the batter into it. Bake for about an hour, until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean. Remove form the oven and let cool before placing on a serving plate. Serve with a layer of powdered sugar sprinkled on top.
