Product Return Policy and Cancellations of Transactions
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 1981 and the regulations enacted pursuant to it, it will be possible to exchange products and return them while receiving a refund under the conditions specified below.
Subject to all laws, the exchange of products (without refund) will be possible under the following conditions only:

In the case of special sales and promotions, the product exchange policy will be in accordance with the special sales regulations or the specified promotion. Without derogating from the above and subject to any law, it will be possible to receive a refund for products under the following conditions only: It is not possible to get a refund for the following products: defective products or a used product.
The product was returned to the company's offices within 30 days of receipt of the product, without defect, without being used, in its original unopened packaging and proof of purchase was presented (replacement note, receipt or other proof of the transaction, date, amount paid and means of payment). It is not possible to get a refund for products purchased using any type of shopping vouchers, gift certificates or rechargeable magnetic cards.
How to receive the refund:
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Regulations, the refund will be made in the same manner as the payment was made, and at the latest within 14 business days from the date of receipt of the product at the Company's offices.
