TURKEY SCHNITZEL

Ingredients:

8 servings

1 kg sliced chicken breast or turkey

2 eggs

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon cumin

1 teaspoon turmeric

1/2 teaspoon oregano

1 packet of bread crumbs (panko)

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

 

Preparation:

Beat the eggs with all the spices. Coat the chicken slices in flour then dip in the batter. Cover the chicken breast with the bread crumbs.  Heat the oil and fry until browned. Remove and absorb with absorbent paper.
